Do your nurses and caregivers have licenses and experience?

Yes. All our Nurses and Caregivers undergo extensive screening and training, and many of them come from hospital and critical care departments.

What kinds of care do you provide?

We offer a wide range of services, including those for newborns, toddlers, mothers, people who live with us, the elderly, people with complex needs, and those who want tailored services. We also offer medical staffing, lab tests at home, general and male health, STD tests, food intolerance testing, doctor consultations, GP home visits, tele-consultations, and specialized packages.

What is live-in care?

A professional caregiver remains in your loved one’s home for 12 to 24 hours a day to help with personal care, companionship, mobility, and household tasks, all while letting them keep their freedom.

Can I use more than one service at the same time?

Yes, of course! You can make a plan that changes as your needs change by combining hourly, live-in, medical, and companion care. For example, you could have live-in care plus weekly occupational therapy.

Do you aid with sleep training or easing colic?

Yes, trained nurses offer sleep training and comfort services, including burping, swaddling, mild massage, and guided soothing techniques.

What do you do to take care of newborns and babies?

We help with feeding (breast or bottle), bathing, hygiene, caring for the umbilical cord, managing sleep routines, caring for babies overnight, and soothing (colic relief, swaddling).

Can you send nurses or caretakers to your home to do lab tests?

Yes, we schedule lab test visits at home along with general health check-ups, which include screens for male health, food allergies, and STDs.

What kinds of consultations may I get?

We offer in-person doctor visits, home visits from a general practitioner, and phone consultations so you may get the medical care you need at home.

Do you offer staffing options for the medical field?

Yes. We provide short- and long-term nursing and caregiver staffing for institutions. You can book quickly (within 24 hours), sign e-contracts, and have video interviews.

What are the hours you can book and the length of your shifts?

You can only book throughout the day for at least six hours. The minimum is four hours after 6 PM. There are only 12-hour shifts, and 24/7 live-in care utilises two nurses a day.

Is it possible to amend or cancel a reservation?

You need to give 24 hours’ notice for contracts and 4 hours’ notice for ad-hoc reservations. There may be penalties.

What if I’m not happy with the Nurse?

You can meet the nurse before the service starts. If you’re not happy with the nurse and another one is available, we’ll be happy to get you a new one.

Do you have different price packages?

Yes, long-term and monthly contracts come with cheaper bundles. The price varies depending on the type and length of service.

How can I make a payment?

You can pay with a credit card or online bank transfer. We can also help you fill out the paperwork for insurance claims.
